Set creative vision, manage multidisciplinary design leaders, embed AI tools, deliver integrated campaigns from ideation to execution, partner with stakeholders to raise creative standards and implement scalable processes.

Monitor fraud, risk, and KYC across the customer lifecycle. Communicate with players to resolve account issues, analyse deposits and affiliate records, investigate financial irregularities and third-party processor risks, suggest process improvements, and collaborate with other teams to prevent fraud and maintain quality control.

Lead affiliate performance analytics and reporting: build and maintain dashboards, integrate and validate marketing data, run ad-hoc analyses, automate reporting, and partner with stakeholders to optimise affiliate ROI and support forecasting. Drive emerging AI capabilities on Snowflake and BI platforms.
