Lead the rollout and embedding of the enterprise risk management framework across global markets and group functions. Facilitate senior risk discussions, challenge risk registers, advise stakeholders, and produce reporting for the Board, Audit & Risk Committee, and Executive. Develop risk indicators, risk appetite processes, analysis, training, and supporting systems. Promote risk awareness and support the adoption of AI within ERM.

Provides security and safety support at stadium events and race meetings. Responsibilities include securing the stadium, monitoring compliance and licensing conditions, ensuring required uniforms and communication equipment are available, reporting breaches and incidents, and assisting during emergencies. The role requires a valid SIA license, experience handling challenging situations, strong customer service, and prior experience in security, stewarding, events, or a similar customer-facing environment.

Plan and execute Sportsbook promotions, including campaign mechanics, customer offers, promotional calendars, and stakeholder coordination. Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, spend, and ROI to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with CRM, marketing, content, operations, and compliance teams to deliver customer-facing campaigns and product launches. Monitor competitor activity and market trends while supporting proposition strategy and improving customer engagement and commercial performance.
