Operate and support the gummy production line: move trays through depositor, cooling, de-oiling, sanding, packing, weighing, sealing, boxing and palletizing. Ensure product quality per guidelines, follow GMP and HACCP, perform light maintenance, label printing, troubleshooting sealers, and general area cleanliness. Assist other departments as needed.
