Develop and enhance commercial applications, primarily DocuSign CLM, GoTransverse, and ServicePath. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable features, integrations, prototypes, and documentation. Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshoot applications, maintain security, and support enterprise platforms involving billing, CPQ, Salesforce, Workday, and quote-to-cash processes. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams while managing priorities in agile and waterfall environments.

Administer and support IBM WebSphere and middleware environments, including implementation, upgrades, high-availability configuration, monitoring, tuning, patching, and vulnerability remediation. Design system configurations, disaster recovery procedures, automation, and infrastructure-management guidelines. Prepare capacity reports, manage multiple projects, mentor technical staff, and support business-critical systems in a 24/7 rotational environment.

Supports enterprise mainframe ISV software through installation, upgrades, testing, configuration, customization, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance. Handles incidents, changes, problem resolution, on-call support, vendor communication, and technical projects. Requires strong z/OS systems programming expertise, including SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL, USS, security, and related infrastructure. Provides technical assistance and resolves moderately complex software and systems issues.
