Provides advanced troubleshooting, capacity planning, performance optimization, monitoring, root cause analysis, and operational support. Develops automation using PowerShell, PowerCLI, and Python, coordinates with stakeholders and vendors, creates technical documentation, and mentors junior engineers. The role operates within 24/7 rotational shifts.

Leads enterprise technology solution architecture and transformation initiatives for managed services clients. Designs cloud, infrastructure, outsourcing, migration, and modernization solutions; facilitates discovery and architecture workshops; develops roadmaps, business cases, pricing models, proposals, and implementation plans. Acts as a trusted executive advisor, leads multidisciplinary teams and complex pursuits, partners with product and PMO organizations, and oversees architecture through migration, cutover, troubleshooting, and operational handoff.

Supports z/OS environments through operating system and systems software installation, testing, implementation, maintenance, debugging, monitoring, and performance tuning. Coordinates IOGEN for new mainframe hardware, evaluates hardware and software solutions, designs automated monitoring, resolves complex technical problems, and provides storage architecture support. The role leads complex projects, mentors team members, supports client meetings and proposals, and collaborates with vendors on new solutions.
