Leads production Linux operations across hosted, cloud, and remote infrastructure. Responsibilities include resolving major incidents, performing root-cause analysis, maintaining availability and compliance, developing Ansible and Bash automation, supporting infrastructure as code, managing changes, documenting SOPs and recovery procedures, monitoring systems, mentoring engineers, and communicating with clients and stakeholders during incidents and maintenance.

Provide 24/7 mainframe network systems programming support for z/OS clients. Install, upgrade, customize, administer, tune, monitor, and troubleshoot network components and related software. Support migrations, disaster recovery, encryption, connectivity, change control, documentation, and vendor coordination. Develop network toolkits and resolve production issues across multiple clients and time zones.

Develop and enhance commercial applications, primarily DocuSign CLM, GoTransverse, and ServicePath. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable features, integrations, prototypes, and documentation. Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshoot applications, maintain security, and support enterprise platforms involving billing, CPQ, Salesforce, Workday, and quote-to-cash processes. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams while managing priorities in agile and waterfall environments.
