Design intuitive web and mobile workflows and interfaces for healthcare products. Conduct user research and usability testing, create wireframes/prototypes/high-fidelity designs, maintain design systems, and collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to iterate on user-centered solutions.

Serve as primary customer support contact via phone, email, and ticketing. Triage and troubleshoot issues, provide step-by-step guidance, document cases, escalate complex problems, follow up for resolution, identify trends, and contribute to process and documentation improvements.
