Conduct user research and usability testing, create wireframes/prototypes/high-fidelity designs, maintain design systems, and collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to iterate on user-centered solutions.

Own and develop core backend infrastructure and data pipelines for EnsoSleep. Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure RESTful APIs and microservices, ensure interoperability, troubleshoot production issues, implement testing and automation, and collaborate on SaMD regulatory compliance and QMS integration.

Serve as primary customer support contact via phone, email, and ticketing. Triage and troubleshoot issues, provide step-by-step guidance, document cases, escalate complex problems, follow up for resolution, identify trends, and contribute to process and documentation improvements.
