Manage daily SOC operations, personnel, staffing, service delivery, client relationships, policies, SLAs, security KPIs, training, risk remediation, automation, and continuous improvement. Lead action approvals, onboarding, service offerings, and operational coordination with customers and internal teams. Ensure quality standards, reduce alert fatigue, and improve SOC effectiveness through strategic leadership and process optimization.

Leads consulting engagements focused on assessing, designing, implementing, integrating, and managing enterprise IAM solutions. Responsibilities include provisioning, directory services, MFA, SSO, IGA, PAM, cloud integrations, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring junior professionals. The role requires hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or CyberArk, plus scripting in Java or Python.

Plan and conduct authorized red and purple team engagements, adversarial simulations, and penetration tests. Assess networks, endpoints, applications, cloud, identity systems, and security controls; develop attack tools and scenarios; collaborate with defensive teams to validate detection and response capabilities. Produce technical and executive reports, communicate business risks, support remediation and retesting, and contribute to security methodologies and research while maintaining strict legal, ethical, and operational boundaries.
