Monitors a 24/7 SOC, analyzes security events, network traffic, logs, and alerts, and responds to incidents across heterogeneous security devices and MDR platforms. Performs vulnerability management, threat hunting, data loss prevention, incident escalation, and root-cause analysis. Supports incident response plans, detection development, customer communications, change and service requests, and standardized response actions. Requires networking, operating systems, encryption, analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.

Consult with clients on GRC, VMS, and cloud security needs; help scope proposals; act as SME during deployment; create technical documentation; provide client enablement and post-sales support.

Operate and support enterprise Microsoft endpoint and cloud environments, including Azure, MECM, and Intune. Troubleshoot enrollment, policy, patching, deployment, and complex Tier 3 issues. Implement conditional access, endpoint security baselines, compliance policies, and Zero Trust practices. Integrate Azure AD with on-premises Active Directory, automate with PowerShell, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and deliver administrator and end-user training.
