Advises on client requirements, innovative solutions, market access, and strategic adjustments based on market intelligence. Supports senior-level negotiations and directs projects meeting stringent security standards across Singapore and international markets.

Supports managed security services focused on threat hunting and incident response. Contributes to project delivery, process improvements, threat hunting hypotheses, incident response playbooks, standard operating procedures, training, and adoption of emerging security technologies. Develops familiarity with threat hunting platforms and digital forensics tools while staying current on information security practices and capabilities.

Serves as the primary client success lead and cybersecurity advisor, overseeing service delivery, SOC performance, incident escalations, project execution, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manages client relationships, operational reviews, security roadmaps, project documentation, risk and change control, and collaboration with SOC, Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams. Identifies service expansion opportunities and provides risk-based recommendations to improve detection coverage, incident response, automation, and overall customer satisfaction.
