Supports marketing materials, digital marketing initiatives, website updates, analytics tracking, online campaigns, trade shows, market research, brand consistency, and performance reporting. Collaborates with Business Development, Engineering, and Human Resources teams while helping strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth in the aerospace and defense industry.

Supports electrical development projects through test instrumentation design, circuit analysis, harnessing, soldering, PCB design, database administration, and hands-on electronic assembly testing. Participates in environmental and dynamic testing, assesses technical risks, supports mitigation plans, and prepares technical reports. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with junior standing at application.

Supports internal employee communications and engagement across multiple sites by drafting and editing newsletters, articles, presentations, signage, and digital content. Assists with graphics, photography, events, recognition and recruiting campaigns, communication calendars, project tracking, and approvals. Collaborates with HR and other teams to ensure clear, consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communications.

Supports production planning within Energetics Operations by tracking inventory, identifying material shortages, creating and prioritizing shop orders and material kits, monitoring Kanban levels, and coordinating material flow across production, supply chain, quality, and related teams. The intern also contributes to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling.

Support electronics product engineering through manufacturing problem solving, process failure investigations, corrective actions, Lean implementation, standard work development, manufacturing cell design, statistical process control, and new product development. Collaborate with production operators, quality inspectors, and supervisors while gaining hands-on experience during a 12-week summer internship.

Product Engineer Interns support manufacturing and product engineering through continuous improvement, standard work development, Lean cell conversion, statistical process control, manufacturing cell design, and new product development. Duties include investigating process failures, implementing corrective actions, improving production processes, and collaborating with operators, quality inspectors, and supervisors. Candidates must pursue an undergraduate engineering degree and have strong Microsoft Office skills; CAD and hands-on manufacturing tool experience are preferred.
