Manage and maintain the company item master: create SKUs, maintain product attributes, pricing, UPC/barcode data, vendor info, digital assets, and ERP data integrity. Conduct data audits, support cross-functional teams, and improve item master processes to ensure accurate product information across channels.

Build and manage relationships with music educators, schools, district leaders, families, and community partners across an assigned territory. Grow instrument rental revenue, student lesson referrals, and school partnerships through territory planning, regular field visits, events, follow-up, and coordination of instrument delivery, repairs, and service. Resolve issues, identify growth opportunities, maintain pipeline visibility, and support school music programs while balancing relationship development with measurable business results.

Teach classical piano, voice, strings, woodwind, or brass to students in person at a performing arts school. Instructors should demonstrate strong musical or performance backgrounds, a passion for teaching, experience with young students, punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.
