Processes EDI, EFT, and ERA enrollments across payer portals and clearinghouses for hospital and physician clients. Maintains client banking and clearinghouse information, submits and follows up on enrollment applications, verifies electronic file transfers, ensures compliance with administrative access standards, and meets productivity and quality targets. Provides timely customer service and communication while supporting accurate revenue cycle operations.

Interviews uninsured and underinsured hospital patients to assess eligibility for Medicaid and financial assistance programs. Coordinates applications, gathers required documentation, tracks determinations, updates insurance information, and ensures timely billing or account adjustments. Documents communications in patient accounting systems, maintains knowledge of public benefit requirements, and collaborates with patients, government caseworkers, and revenue cycle teams.

Reviews and resolves failed medical bills, claims, electronic submissions, late charges, rebills, and billing errors. Processes hardcopy claims, gathers EOBs and medical records, contacts patients and insurers, and supports claim documentation. Creates training materials, trains staff, provides testing, and assists with staffing coverage. The remote role requires U.S. work authorization and willingness to work onsite at client or corporate locations as needed.
