Leads integrated campaign, contingency, readiness, and force-generation planning for contested space missions. Translates strategic intent, threats, intelligence, and operational feedback into executable plans, decision products, force packages, capability priorities, training objectives, resilience actions, and fielding recommendations. Coordinates government, military, intelligence, cyber, logistics, engineering, acquisition, and industry stakeholders; facilitates planning events; tracks decisions and outcomes; briefs leaders; and mentors planning staff.

Develops operational and campaign plans for contested space missions, integrating readiness, intelligence, cyber, logistics, training, infrastructure, continuity, and capability transition inputs. Produces decision packages, risk assessments, readiness dashboards, exercises, continuity products, and coordinated planning artifacts for Government mission leaders. Requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Leads business development, capture, proposal development, market analysis, and customer relationship efforts for high-value Federal Government and Intelligence Community contracts. Provides technical leadership across systems engineering, modeling and simulation, sensor management, detection, and intelligence fusion. Builds agency and industry partnerships, maintains the business pipeline, aligns R&D with opportunities, and guides cross-functional teams toward successful contract awards.
