Lead and execute configuration management for MILSATCOM programs: develop and manage division-level CMPs, control and audit system changes, support ERBs/CCBs, maintain technical baselines and document repositories, assist with FCA/PCA, provide CM training, and coordinate with program managers and engineers to ensure compliance with DoD and military CM standards.

Provide senior enterprise systems engineering and technical leadership for SATCOM programs: develop MBSE-based technical baselines, manage requirements traceability, lead integration and working groups, assess risks and impacts, coordinate stakeholders, and support DoD decision-making to ensure interoperable capability delivery.

Provide requirements development and management for MILSATCOM systems: author and maintain Interface Control Documents, produce interface diagrams and data dictionaries, coordinate ICWGs, support integration and test, manage configuration control, drive technical issue resolution, align models with ICDs and cybersecurity baselines, and prepare acquisition and technical briefings for government stakeholders.
