Provides senior technical and strategic advisory support for Multi-Domain Joint Operations and defense technology transition. Leads technology maturation roadmaps, technical assessments, mission engineering, trade studies, portfolio management, and transition into operational programs. Advises senior government leaders, coordinates laboratories, DARPA, PEOs, combatant commands, and industry, and delivers executive briefings, technical policies, roadmaps, and transition agreements. Requires extensive defense RDT&E, systems engineering, and advanced technology experience with an active TS/SCI clearance.

Lead end-to-end delivery and customization of complex railway technology solutions, managing requirements, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, customer communications, installation, deployment, and service handoff. Coordinate engineering, production, procurement, and field service teams while overseeing technical requirements, configuration control, change management, project documentation, and resolution of critical issues. The role requires domestic and international travel of up to 15–20%.

Lead cybersecurity and systems engineering for military satellite communications modernization. Develop technical requirements, acquisition documentation, roadmaps, risk assessments, and integration plans. Coordinate cryptographic key management, COMSEC/TRANSEC planning, certification, testing, and security activities across government, contractor, and mission partners. Support technical baseline reviews, vendor evaluations, executive briefings, and deployment activities for secure space and ground communications systems.
