Senior individual-contributor responsible for architecting and developing MES and IT/OT integrations. Lead Python/Django backend development, design edge-to-cloud data pipelines, integrate industrial protocols, apply AI/ML for analytics, ensure reliability and observability, own production support and change management for 24x7 manufacturing systems.

Develop next-generation secondary battery cells, including Li-ion and all-solid-state designs. Optimize cell design, assembly, formation, and aging processes, and evaluate capacity, power, cycle life, and safety. Conduct materials and cell development experiments involving cathodes, anodes, electrolytes, and separators. Collaborate globally and prepare technical documentation in English.

Manage mechanical and electrical facilities operations supporting manufacturing, including equipment reliability, utilities, preventive and predictive maintenance, energy optimization, BMS monitoring, troubleshooting, project hook-ups, vendor coordination, safety, compliance, and audit support. Apply root cause analysis, SPC, Lean methods, and performance data to prevent downtime and improve system efficiency.
