Executes indirect purchasing from requisition through invoice settlement, supports sourcing events and supplier selection, and assists with commercial negotiations and contracts. Manages supplier onboarding, master data, performance issues, and corrective actions. Analyzes procurement KPIs, savings, delivery performance, and supplier results while preparing management reports. Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and implements continuous improvements to reduce costs and improve quality and service.

Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes, with emphasis on productivity, quality, cost, yield, cycle time, and waste reduction. Troubleshoot process issues using FMEA, root cause analysis, capability studies, statistical analysis, and DOE. Maintain process documentation and support NPI and qualification activities. Lead electrode process improvements and next-generation electrode development, collaborating with internal and external teams while managing project deliverables and presenting technical findings.

Develop and industrialize Li-ion battery cell assembly and packaging processes, including vacuum degas, electrolyte filling, and adhesive dispensing. Define process windows through DOE, establish controls and inspection methods, qualify equipment, analyze defects, and lead root cause corrective actions. Transfer capable processes to high-volume manufacturing while improving yield, cycle time, and material utilization. Create QMS documentation, analyze data in JMP, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, and drive projects to completion.
