Design, integrate, and optimize surgical navigation and visualization systems. Translate clinical requirements into system specifications, collaborate with software/hardware/clinical teams, ensure real-time performance, reliability, and safety, support V&V and regulatory compliance, perform system-level troubleshooting and risk management, and contribute to lifecycle management and continuous improvement.

Develop new medical products from design through industrialization within R&D. Optimize and qualify manufacturing processes using IQ, OQ, and PQ validations; conduct PFMEA risk analyses, root cause investigations, corrective actions, and capability studies. Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality, safety, reliability, and performance. Manage development projects and milestones effectively.
