Manage moderate-complexity manufacturing operations projects from initiation through completion. Develop project charters, plans, budgets, communication strategies, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Lead project teams and meetings, track progress, provide status reporting, resolve issues, and communicate project goals and updates to management.

Drives Foot and Ankle medical device sales across the United States by supporting surgeons, distributors, and representatives in operating rooms, sales calls, labs, and trade shows. Provides technical product training, develops prospects and pipelines, supports strategic sales initiatives, gathers product feedback, and serves as a field liaison to corporate teams. The role is remote but field-based, requiring frequent domestic travel, overnight stays, and routine car and air travel.

Manages technical documentation and regulatory submissions for medical devices under EU MDR 2017/745. Coordinates with product development, quality, clinical, and manufacturing teams; assesses product and process changes; communicates with notified bodies and competent authorities; prepares responses to deficiencies; and improves internal regulatory processes. Requires 1–2 years of medical device regulatory affairs experience, scientific training, Italian and English proficiency, and short quarterly travel to Switzerland.
