Leads new product introduction process and manufacturing engineering activities for orthopedic medical devices. Designs, develops, validates, and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, automation, and supplier implementations. Provides DFM guidance, manages technical reviews and development builds, prepares quality documentation, supports CAPA and validation activities, and applies lean, Six Sigma, DOE, and FMEA methodologies. Coaches technicians and engineers while ensuring efficient transfer of products into production.

Manages and optimizes supply chain network planning across assigned product families, including inventory positioning, product flow, service levels, risk mitigation, backorder management, and network rebalancing. Analyzes performance data, identifies improvement opportunities, and collaborates with supply planning, demand planning, operations, procurement, logistics, and marketing teams. The role requires supply chain planning experience, proficiency with planning systems and analytics tools, and office attendance three days per week.

Develops high-impact creative for digital, print, events, social, presentations, and campaigns. Translates business and marketing objectives into visual concepts, strengthens global brand identity, presents design rationale, collaborates with writers, marketers, and product teams, and manages multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency and high attention to detail.
