Partner with site leadership to analyze manufacturing process costing, support inventory valuation and month-end close, own inventory tracking and cycle count compliance, assist audits, and provide ad-hoc reporting and cost reduction insights using ERP and Excel.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership (CIO and others) including complex calendar management, travel and expense coordination, PO creation and tracking, executive communications and presentations, meeting support, cross-functional collaboration, confidential information handling, and event/project support to ensure efficient operations at corporate headquarters.

Lead and coordinate Portugal warehouse, distribution and customer service teams to ensure accurate receipt, storage, order processing and dispatch of medical devices. Manage policies, stock control, KPIs, supplier service levels and loaner/consignment pools. Drive projects to optimize network, transports and operations across Iberia, support HQ deployments, and train staff to improve efficiency and compliance.
