Leads global product strategy and lifecycle management for orthopedic enabling technologies, including robotics, navigation, augmented reality, and data-driven surgical solutions. Owns portfolio roadmaps, product requirements, launches, commercial positioning, adoption plans, financial modeling, and capital strategy. Partners with engineering, clinical, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams while engaging surgeons and key opinion leaders. The role requires global cross-functional leadership, competitive intelligence, and travel for customer meetings, education, trade shows, and training programs.

Supports finished-goods shipping activities by coordinating with transportation providers, answering routine shipment questions, verifying invoices and charges, entering order information, maintaining records, distributing paperwork, and preparing reports. The role is performed under close supervision and is intended for someone with little or no prior experience.

Lead technical architecture and execution for medical device mechatronic systems—integrating software, electronics, optics, sensors, and algorithms. Guide cross-functional teams through design, verification, regulatory compliance, risk management, and commercialization while mentoring engineers and evaluating emerging enabling technologies.
