Provide in-home hospice nursing under RN direction: assist with care plans and specialized procedures, administer medications, support patients and families emotionally, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, reinforce teaching, and promote comfort and dignity in end-of-life care.

Coordinate and manage patient appointments for the House Calls department, ensuring scheduling aligns with provider availability. Handle high call volumes, voicemails, insurance information and preauthorizations, rescheduling, and accurate chart notations to maintain provider quotas and timely patient access.

Lead day-to-day IT operations across 15+ offices and 7 states including help desk, device lifecycle, platform administration, vendor management, procurement, onboarding/offboarding, and M&A IT integration. Manage a team of ~7, enforce SLAs, optimize license costs, and maintain repeatable playbooks and workflows to ensure timely support and operational discipline.
