Leads Ennoble Care’s internal and external communications, including PR strategy, media relations, executive visibility, crisis communications, employee messaging, and thought leadership. Serves as spokesperson, manages PR firms and advisors, supports corporate milestones and growth initiatives, and measures communications performance. This remote role requires collaboration with executives, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and social media teams, with up to 20% travel.

Community Liaison promotes house-call and hospice services across Fairfax and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include identifying target markets, visiting healthcare facilities and referral sources, presenting agency services, obtaining patient referrals, analyzing marketing data, developing and implementing sales and marketing plans, projecting sales, evaluating results, attending interdisciplinary meetings, and providing community outreach and education.

Promotes house-call primary care services through community outreach and relationship building with doctors’ offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources. Analyzes markets, company strengths, marketing data, patient relationships, and service offerings; develops and implements marketing plans, objectives, and sales projections; evaluates results; provides community education; and supports office activities.
