Manages hotel group sales accounts, soliciting new business and maintaining existing relationships to achieve room, food, beverage, and rental revenue goals. Conducts prospecting, presentations, site inspections, contract negotiation, and sales closing. Coordinates hotel departments to service accounts, prepares booking reports and correspondence, and participates in business reviews and sales meetings. Requires hotel industry knowledge, strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and revenue management skills.
