Leads corporate internal audit and assurance activities, including financial, operational, compliance, vendor, and partner audits. Develops audit policies, frameworks, and annual plans; evaluates controls, risk management, and processes; advises management and the Audit Committee; tracks corrective actions; and leads the Internal Audit team. The role also oversees special audits, departmental budgets, stakeholder relationships, and compliance with auditing and accounting standards.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data pipelines and products using Azure and Databricks. Responsibilities include ELT/ETL development, workflow orchestration, data quality and observability, testing, monitoring, CI/CD, performance and cost optimization, production troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, modern data engineering experience, data governance knowledge, and French and English proficiency.

Provides advanced operation and maintenance engineering support for utility-scale renewable energy assets, focusing on HV/MV systems, electrical equipment, protection schemes, SCADA, and PPC systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting faults, conducting root cause analyses, improving maintenance strategies, managing spare parts, coordinating contractors and OEMs, supporting NERC and ERCOT compliance, analyzing plant data, and leading control system upgrades, testing, and commissioning for solar and BESS facilities.
