Leads and develops a software engineering team building SaaS applications. Responsibilities include coaching, hiring, technical design review, planning, stakeholder communication, Scrum facilitation, quality improvement, incident and risk management, and execution of engineering strategy. The manager will also lead AI-assisted software development practices, assess their impact using delivery and quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Generates qualified leads through outbound email and cold-calling campaigns, researches and engages prospects using sales tools, schedules discovery calls, maintains CRM records, collaborates with sales and marketing teams, and meets lead-generation KPIs.

Develop and maintain NLP and generative AI products, including RAG systems, content generation, and recommendation applications. Responsibilities include dataset selection and annotation, rapid prototyping, experimentation, statistical evaluation, production deployment, and iterative system improvement. The role requires staying current with AI advances, communicating technical concepts to stakeholders, and collaborating across international teams while addressing multilingual challenges.
