Leads day-to-day operations across assigned dental clinics, supervising front- and back-office staff, supporting doctors, coordinating schedules, approving time, training employees, managing hiring and performance, resolving patient and staff issues, overseeing accounts payable and expenses, and ensuring compliance with company, OSHA, HIPAA, safety, and infection-control requirements.

Manages social media accounts, advertising schedules, content approvals, captions, online review responses, and performance reporting for more than 40 dental practices. Coordinates community sponsorship research, promotional merchandise, print marketing orders, project deadlines, and internal events. Collaborates with corporate, clinical, vendor, and clinic teams to maintain brand consistency, support patient engagement, and meet marketing deadlines.

Verifies insurance benefits, presents treatment plans and financing options, processes patient payments, manages accounts receivable, reconciles invoices, issues receipts, coordinates billing and collections, maintains patient records, supports scheduling and practice production, prepares daily reports and deposits, responds to communications, and maintains OSHA and HIPAA compliance in a dental practice.
