Conduct business analysis, identify process improvements, translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements, and lead complex cross-functional projects. Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, develop business cases and ROI analyses, assess risks, monitor implementation progress, and guide organizational change. Mentor junior analysts and support process optimization initiatives using business analysis methodologies, enterprise systems, business intelligence platforms, and digital transformation practices.

Generate, prospect, qualify, and nurture B2B leads for IAM and cybersecurity solutions. Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn; manage CRM pipelines; schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations; research target markets; report on sales KPIs; and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. Build prospective customer relationships, communicate solution value, meet lead-generation targets, and develop knowledge of SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Proofpoint, and Silverfort.

Provides internal IT support for Windows and Mac systems, including hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, user account and permissions management, employee onboarding, and remote or in-person assistance. Maintains operating system and application environments, diagnoses network issues, documents network configurations, assigns IP addresses, configures network devices, and supports IP-based telephony systems. The role is office-based in Hyderabad, requires rotating shifts, and includes a three-year employment bond.
