Manage cybersecurity projects from initiation through delivery and post-project activities. Responsibilities include business analysis, requirements documentation, stakeholder and client management, SDLC coordination, risk and issue management, technical team coordination, project reporting, resource and milestone optimization, billing coordination, and ensuring delivery documentation. The role requires managing technical teams, supporting global customers, and coordinating design, development, infrastructure, testing, and production deployment.

Manage cybersecurity projects from initiation through delivery and post-project activities. Lead requirements analysis, AS-IS/TO-BE documentation, stakeholder and client coordination, SDLC execution, risk and issue management, project reporting, resource and milestone optimization, billing coordination, and technical documentation. Serve as the liaison between business, clients, developers, designers, testers, and infrastructure teams. The role also requires business analysis, software delivery management, people leadership, international customer engagement, and IAM domain exposure.

Conduct business analysis, identify process improvements, translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements, and lead complex cross-functional projects. Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, develop business cases and ROI analyses, assess risks, monitor implementation progress, and guide organizational change. Mentor junior analysts and support process optimization initiatives using business analysis methodologies, enterprise systems, business intelligence platforms, and digital transformation practices.
