Manage cross-functional product development projects from concept through commercial launch. Coordinate timelines, customer requirements, quotations, samples, regulatory requests, production activities, and project documentation. Serve as the primary customer liaison while collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Purchasing, and Production teams. Monitor risks, lead meetings, support product launches, maintain customer relationships, and assist with account growth and complaint resolution.

Supervises QC inspectors and leads across manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, and bulk production areas. Oversees batch-record review, product release, inspections, nonconformance and complaint investigations, CAPA follow-up, audits, customer inspections, and regulatory compliance. Maintains QC documentation, ERP records, specifications, and product disposition records while coordinating with production, QA, warehouse, engineering, suppliers, and customers.

Coordinates finished goods and work-in-process BOMs, routings, item master records, purchase order entry, pricing and lead-time verification, production planning updates, change controls, customer No-No lists, and master pricing. The role supports ERP data accuracy, customer portal monitoring, cross-functional approvals, and manufacturing operations while managing multiple assignments and maintaining detailed records.

Drive new customer acquisition and growth by managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, coordinating cross-functional activities, preparing presentations, supporting trade shows, tracking pipelines and samples, forecasting opportunities, and transitioning awarded projects to operations while mentoring junior staff.

Lead site regulatory operations ensuring compliance with global regulations. Manage regulatory submissions, DMFs/dossiers, product and facility registrations, inspection/audit responses, vendor documentation, regulatory reviews of formulas/ingredients, and cross-functional regulatory guidance to support Quality and global regulatory strategy.

Designs, builds, and manages learning, talent, and organizational development programs. Leads competency assessments, engagement surveys, LMS administration, employer branding, internal communications, employee recognition, and AI-driven HR initiatives. Produces data-driven analyses and executive-ready recommendations to close capability gaps and improve employee experience.
