Maintain client relationships, support onboarding/renewals, monitor competition, and meet regional sales goals while complying with state insurance licensing requirements.

Manage and adjudicate casualty claims end-to-end: determine coverage, investigate losses, evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, manage litigation and budgets, communicate with insureds/attorneys/brokers, maintain regulatory licenses, and recommend subrogation actions.
