Supports onboarding and offboarding, trains junior engineers, collaborates on IT projects, and participates in scheduled on-call and emergency support. Supports adjusters handling complex commercial property claims by tracking claim status, maintaining files, drafting reports and correspondence, monitoring payments, coordinating with claimants and experts, and preparing documentation. The role requires understanding insurance policies, coverage, property and construction fundamentals, and regulatory requirements. It also involves account management, data entry, presentations, expense reporting, confidentiality, and cross-department collaboration. Work is primarily office-based with potential remote work and periodic driving.
