Manages daily client fee collections across domestic and international accounts. Contacts clients about unpaid balances, resolves billing disputes, processes write-offs, prepares monthly billing and account-status reports, documents collection activity, and identifies duplicate payments or overpayments. Collaborates with claims administrators, adjusters, leadership, and external contacts while maintaining accurate financial records and providing recommendations to reduce future collection issues.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support through ticketing, phone, and email channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, VPN, account access, and endpoint security issues; manages user accounts, equipment deployment, asset tracking, inventory, documentation, and virus updates. Supports onboarding and offboarding, trains junior engineers, collaborates on IT projects, and participates in scheduled on-call and emergency support. Requires clear communication with nontechnical users, strong customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Supports adjusters handling complex commercial property claims by tracking claim status, maintaining files, drafting reports and correspondence, monitoring payments, coordinating with claimants and experts, and preparing documentation. The role requires understanding insurance policies, coverage, property and construction fundamentals, and regulatory requirements. It also involves account management, data entry, presentations, expense reporting, confidentiality, and cross-department collaboration. Work is primarily office-based with potential remote work and periodic driving.
