Assist senior developers in full-stack .NET Core and React development: implement UIs, reports, database-driven features, unit and system tests, and deployments. Own assigned development tasks and work packages, estimate effort, collaborate on technical design and data models, and support resolution of operational issues.

Lead and execute the organization's government relations program: monitor legislation, develop policy responses, draft briefs and messaging, coordinate internal working groups, support executive engagement with government, manage lobbying compliance and reporting, plan events and prepare Board updates, and track progress against strategic government relations objectives.

Manage development, marketing, delivery, and administration of continuing education offerings (minimum 39/year). Source and contract subject-matter experts, design content, manage budgets and revenue targets, market programs, support online course curation, and provide event support including on-site delivery and stakeholder relations.
