Lead and manage rail technology consulting projects, develop and review software (C++, Python), implement automation and AI, work with machine vision/LIDAR/sensor data, manage schedules/budgets/deliverables, produce technical reports and presentations, mentor junior consultants, and travel to client and site locations as needed.

Lead and perform vehicle accident reconstructions and field investigations, conduct engineering analyses, author technical reports, present to clients, provide expert testimony, manage project staffing, budgets, and technical reviews, mentor junior staff, and participate in business development.

Support laboratory and field testing and investigations by setting up and executing tests, collecting and managing evidence, fabricating and maintaining test equipment, assisting engineers with calibration and data collection, and maintaining lab/shop facilities, inventory, and documentation.
