Lead QBiT's external communications, branding, outreach, and events. Oversee Directors of Marketing and Outreach, maintain partner relationships, support online presence, coordinate social events, and report at executive meetings.

Lead and oversee a QBiT biomedical design project from ideation through final design. Responsibilities include structuring timelines, delegating and supervising team members, tracking technical tasks, preparing projects for competitions/conferences, attending executive meetings, and taking initiative on research and design outside scheduled meetings.

Lead QBiT's financial operations: manage budgets, deposits and reimbursements, pursue funding applications, co-lead sponsorship strategy and outreach, report at executive meetings, and oversee the Director of Sponsorship.
