Coordinate Cost Segregation projects from intake to completion: track progress, manage documentation and communications, lead kickoff meetings, resolve issues, collaborate with sales/engineering/operations, monitor metrics, recommend pricing adjustments within authority, and support process improvements to ensure timely, profitable, and high-quality client outcomes.

Support cost segregation, R&D, energy, sales, and finance teams by gathering and reviewing real estate and construction data, validating project scope, estimating tax deductions, and preparing Benefit Analyses and Letters of Engagement. Ensure pricing accuracy, meet 24-hour turnaround expectations when feasible, collaborate with engineers and analysts, and contribute to process improvements and training.

Prepare benefit analyses and pricing for cost segregation projects by reviewing construction, real estate, and tax documentation. Confirm scope, identify gaps, estimate tax deductions, deliver timely BAs (24-hour target), consult engineers as needed, and improve workflows across Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
