Lead and grow a product team to define and execute product vision and roadmap for a healthtech SaaS suite. Use AI and data to prioritize investments, design prototypes, manage integrations with EMRs, and collaborate across engineering, sales, customer success, and operations to deliver customer-first experiences and commercialize new features.

Provide technical customer support and troubleshooting for a healthcare patient-journey SaaS, handle bug escalation and data requests, support product implementations, translate technical issues for engineering, and improve documentation and processes while serving as the voice of the customer.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll design and build backend services, lead system design efforts, mentor engineers, and ensure system quality and reliability.
