Lead and deliver Microsoft-centric consulting projects end-to-end: plan, manage budgets and scope, coordinate stakeholders and delivery teams, mentor junior staff, support proposals and PMO processes, and report project status and risks.

Provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, managing proposals, quotes, statements of work, contracts, approvals, client signatures, CRM records, pipeline tracking, forecasting, reporting, and meeting coordination. The role supports RFQ responses and Microsoft-funded engagements while ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and a strong client experience.

Provide client-facing end-user and application support for Microsoft cloud environments. Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs, reproduce and document issues, transition new systems into support, develop SharePoint Framework, SharePoint, and Azure components, review peer code, manage a development-support backlog, create technical and user documentation, and deliver training to clients and internal teams.
