Leads day-to-day project controls for assigned energy infrastructure projects, integrating cost, scheduling, forecasting, risk, change management, energy performance, and reporting. Analyzes project performance, identifies risks and variances, recommends corrective actions, supports financial reconciliation, maintains schedules and cost forecasts, and prepares dashboards and management reports. The role also provides technical guidance to project controls personnel and supports project setup, planning, continuous improvement, and stakeholder coordination.

The Senior Project Controls Specialist manages cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, change, energy performance, and reporting for assigned projects. The role supports project setup, financial reconciliation, schedule analysis, risk mitigation, change control, performance reporting, and corrective actions. This individual contributor works with project, engineering, finance, operations, supply chain, and subcontractor teams; provides project controls insights to leadership; and mentors less experienced personnel while maintaining enterprise standards and data quality.

Administers ENFRA’s UKG LMS, including curricula, courses, learning paths, certifications, enrollments, permissions, content publishing, evaluations, and completion tracking. Supports users, troubleshoots technical issues, manages vendors and external content libraries, and provides stakeholder training. Produces learning reports and dashboards, analyzes engagement and compliance data, maintains system integrity, and recommends enhancements. Requires 2+ years of corporate LMS administration experience, strong Excel, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
