Administers payroll, billing, collections, accounting transactions, reporting, scheduling, dispatching, contracts, documentation, and operational support for energy-as-a-service agreements. Maintains CMMS records, coordinates preventive maintenance work orders, supports onboarding and invoicing, manages project files, and prepares client billings and reports. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, accounting, clerical, scheduling, and operational skills.

Organizes, receives, inspects, tags, stores, and delivers jobsite materials, tools, equipment, fuel, and consumables. Tracks inventory, identifies discrepancies and overdue items, coordinates vendor returns and equipment rentals, maintains storage areas, schedules gas bottle refills, and submits inventory reports. The role also performs tool inspections, manages damaged equipment, and supports project management and superintendents with material status and jobsite supply coordination.

Designs and analyzes electrical systems for energy and infrastructure projects, including power distribution, renewable energy, storage, controls, lighting, and utility interconnections. Prepares calculations, drawings, specifications, and engineering documents; supports permitting, procurement, multidisciplinary coordination, field assessments, and construction response. The role works under general supervision, contributes to code-compliant and energy-efficient designs, and may sign and seal documents. Travel to job sites comprises 10–25% of the role.
