Develop and maintain the Flametree product site with clean, reusable code. Implement client-side features (animations, carousels, image preloading), optimize load performance, participate in code reviews, and integrate the frontend with CMS backends. Act as primary developer for the new product site version.

Design user interfaces, information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes; conduct pre-project research; build and maintain a design system; prepare visuals and present/justify design decisions.

Maintain and operate the OpenShift platform; build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm) for Python and ML workloads; automate with Ansible; manage containers (Docker/Podman/Kubernetes); perform Linux shell scripting, automated patching, security/regulatory checks; provide production support (rotations); follow agile practices; collaborate on networking and security engineering.

Design, build, and maintain backend services in Python using frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Aiohttp). Implement REST APIs (OpenAPI3), async workflows (Celery, Airflow), message brokers, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Containerize with Docker, deploy to Kubernetes, write tests with Pytest, work with CI/CD pipelines and Linux environments.

Develop, manage, and optimize production Apache NiFi data flows; migrate NiFi flows across versions; script with Groovy; integrate NiFi with MongoDB and Kafka; implement secure file transfers (SSH/SFTP), encryption, and tune NiFi on RHEL.

Design, optimize, and deploy high-performance multi-node GPU machine learning inference systems. Implement quantization and model runtime tooling, profile GPU workloads, and manage Kubernetes/OpenShift GPU scheduling and orchestration for global, high-availability environments.

Design, build, test, and document scalable Node.js services and APIs. Collaborate cross-functionally, participate in code reviews, support testing and deployments, troubleshoot distributed systems, and apply CI/CD, containerization, authentication, and messaging best practices in enterprise/financial environments.
