Manage utility-scale wind project site execution across civil, electrical, turbine erection, commissioning, quality, and safety activities. Coordinate EPC contractors, OEMs, local stakeholders, and authorities; monitor schedules, inspections, documentation, NCR closure, statutory compliance, and progress reporting. Lead the transition from construction to commissioning and O&M handover while resolving site issues and maintaining safe, timely, high-quality delivery.

The FP&A Director will oversee global FP&A operations, manage forecasting and reporting, and lead financial analysis and strategic planning processes.

Lead and execute platform- and asset-level equity and structured capital raises for renewable projects. Manage deal structuring, investor outreach, financial modeling, valuation, diligence coordination, negotiations, and drive transactions to financial close.
