The FP&A Director will oversee global FP&A operations, manage forecasting and reporting, and lead financial analysis and strategic planning processes.

Supports financial evaluation and management of solar, wind, and battery storage projects. Responsibilities include developing project finance and cash flow models, maintaining assumptions and return trackers, assessing PPAs, monitoring Indian renewable energy regulations and market trends, supporting fundraising and investor due diligence, and preparing reporting, presentations, and Investment Committee materials. The role collaborates with origination, development, operations, and external stakeholders.

Lead and execute platform- and asset-level equity and structured capital raises for renewable projects. Manage deal structuring, investor outreach, financial modeling, valuation, diligence coordination, negotiations, and drive transactions to financial close.
