Lead seasonal and H-2A recruitment strategy, partner with operations on workforce planning, supervise HR Administrators, manage benefits/leave/wellness, coordinate housing and compliance, deliver training, oversee HR systems, support return-to-work and workers' comp, and help standardize company-wide HR policies.

Perform pruning and tying of raspberry plants: clean suckers, prune old canes, remove fruited canes, and tie new canes to top wire. Maintain quality by avoiding damage to good canes and irrigation lines, evenly arching and tying canes, and placing removed canes for mulching.
