Design, simulate, and translate adsorption and gas-separation processes into hardware. Create PFDs/P&IDs, perform mass and energy balances, size equipment, develop CAD layouts, support fabrication/commissioning, analyze test data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize modular waste-to-energy and carbon capture systems.

Lead and scale a multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering team to design, prototype, fabricate, and deploy distributed waste-to-energy and carbon capture systems. Own technical architecture across combustion, thermal, gas separation, pressure, and controls subsystems; build engineering processes, guide trade-offs, support manufacturing and field commissioning, and partner with executives on strategy and hiring.

Own and maintain Autodesk Inventor 3D models and 2D drawings; produce fabrication, assembly, and field drawing packages; manage part libraries, BOMs, and revisions; collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers; translate concepts into manufacturable designs and resolve shop-floor issues in real time.
