Monitor performance metrics, optimize conversion and margin, support field sales with tailored materials, coordinate agencies, and report on pipeline and revenue contribution.

Drive customer loyalty and reduce churn through segmentation, retention campaigns, high-value customer relationship management, competitor monitoring, data-driven analytics, and cross-functional coordination to protect market share in the Greek energy market.
