As a Credit Officer, you will manage credit processes, handle client communications regarding debts, monitor settlements, and maintain records for overdue accounts. You'll support back office needs and participate in preparing credit reports and policies.

Sells energy, smart home products, and services in a retail store while acquiring customers, meeting sales targets, processing bill payments, handling customer inquiries and complaints, preparing contracts, following up on leads, maintaining store standards, and using company IT systems. The role also requires customer-focused communication, cross-selling, product knowledge, and collaboration in training and store activities.

Manage electricity and natural gas billing cycles, invoice issuance, printing, delivery, and quality checks. Handle meter readings, corrections, validations, customer measurement and billing disputes, municipal fee reimbursements, and reporting for customers and internal stakeholders. Support billing system updates, user acceptance testing, and communication with IT and vendors regarding system issues.
