Develop and maintain Edgecam CNC programs for 4-axis lathes, vertical mills, and horizontal machining centers. Lead first-piece prove-outs, optimize feeds, speeds, tooling, setup, and cycle times, and troubleshoot machining issues with machinists. Maintain accurate machining routers, work centers, sequencing, standards, and instructions in JD Edwards. Improve process consistency, reduce scrap and rework, standardize machining practices, and support unattended machining initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing office operations, calendars, plant events, visits, vendors, employee programs, internal communications, supplies, and confidential information. The role also supports interviews, executive meetings, safety inspections, recognition initiatives, and special projects while serving as a key point of contact for visitors and employees.

Provides part-time administrative support for customer service and operations teams in a print shop. Responsibilities include creating and filing job jackets, auditing and entering orders, printing proofs, reviewing artwork, tracking order statuses, sending customer acknowledgments, managing documentation, supporting reporting and data cleanup, and assisting with shipping processes. Requires basic computer and Excel skills, strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and comfort working on a production floor.

Operates manual and machine grinders to finish small components according to specifications. Uses calipers, thread gauges, and other measuring tools to verify quality, adjusts equipment, performs basic troubleshooting, and maintains production records. The role requires machine and work-area cleanliness, safety checks, PPE including a full-face respirator, and adherence to production goals. Candidates must handle physical demands, pass background and drug screening, and may work overtime or weekends.
