Operate and set up CNC lathes, primarily using Mori Seiki and Mazak controls. Adjust programs and machine offsets to meet dimensional and quality requirements. Read blueprints, tolerances, and technical instructions; use micrometers and precision gauges to inspect parts. Follow production processes, safety policies, and quality standards while maintaining productivity in a non-climate-controlled facility. The position requires night-shift availability, background and drug screening, and may convert from temporary to permanent employment.

Processes customer sales orders, purchase orders, material transfers, shipment paperwork, and order acknowledgements. Communicates with customers and suppliers regarding delivery dates and updates, maintains customer and vendor records, and supports order fulfillment issue resolution. The role requires accurate data entry, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, strong communication, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Operate palletizing and wrapping equipment to stack, secure, and prepare products for shipment. Inspect items for damage and correct labeling, follow production schedules, count/verifying quantities, and meet productivity and quality targets. Maintain a clean, safe work area, perform routine equipment safety checks, and communicate with production and shipping teams.
