Manage AP and procure-to-pay workflows, including vendor setup, invoice validation, purchase order matching, approvals, payment runs, and supplier inquiries. Reconcile corporate cards, employee expenses, cashbooks, and bank accounts; support collections, working capital reporting, audits, compliance documentation, and finance controls. Collaborate with US stakeholders through shared inboxes, handover notes, stand-ups, and maintained process documentation.

Provide first- and second-level remote IT support across Mac and Windows environments. Manage tickets, endpoint configurations, assets, patching, antivirus, software deployment, MDM policies, SaaS applications, and user onboarding. Troubleshoot networking and Microsoft 365 issues, maintain documentation and procedures, coordinate suppliers, recommend technology purchases, and provide occasional out-of-hours support.

Execute integrated communications campaigns for approximately 5–6 technology clients. Responsibilities include media and influencer pitching, content writing, client communications, analytics reporting, digital marketing support, media interview and event coordination, campaign ideation, budgeting, and proactive account management. The role independently manages campaign activities, develops journalist and client relationships, meets deadlines, identifies risks, and delivers results across multiple accounts.
