Supports technology communications and marketing campaigns through media research, press outreach, content and client document creation, database maintenance, event and product launch support, reporting, and new business research. The role monitors technology, AI, media, competitor, and industry trends; identifies editorial opportunities; communicates findings; manages competing priorities; and participates in client and internal meetings.

Supports People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS administration, personnel records, background checks, benefits administration, reporting, policy updates, learning and development scheduling, and employee communications. The role also manages calendars and inboxes, supports payroll-related updates, coordinates with vendors and global teams, and identifies process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and strong employee service.

Executes integrated communications campaigns for approximately 5–6 technology-sector clients. Responsibilities include monitoring industries and media, pitching stories to journalists and influencers, writing press releases and other content, managing client communications, preparing analytics reports, supporting digital marketing programs, and coordinating media interviews and events. The role independently manages campaign activities, deadlines, relationships, budgets, and resources while identifying risks and delivering results.
