Lead day-to-day account management for large FMCG clients: manage project workflows, timelines, budgets and documentation; oversee multi-channel production (broadcast, digital, print, outdoor); act as client advisor, quality controller and growth driver while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead and manage a portfolio of Consumer Tech/B2C client accounts, develop communications and financial/ corporate comms strategies, oversee teams, mentor direct reports, drive business development, ensure profitability and client satisfaction, and contribute to agency initiatives and product development.
