The Mechanical Engineer will oversee mechanical engineering activities for lithium separation systems, support optimization of demonstration plants, and engage with vendors for equipment packages.

Oversee financial operations including monthly/annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, audits and tax filings. Provide financial analysis, modeling, KPI reporting, and strategic guidance to senior management to support decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
