Develop, test, deploy, and support Python backend microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs on AWS. Improve CI/CD, automated testing, security checks, and production reliability. Use AI-assisted tools for development, contribute to documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional delivery within Agile teams.

Lead process design and optimisation in an AI-assisted operations environment. Validate AI actions, manage escalations, monitor SLAs, identify automation opportunities, maintain process documentation, support billing reconciliation and regulatory compliance, and collaborate across Product, Tech, and Compliance.
