Designs, implements, and manages scalable AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes and ECS workloads, Terraform and Ansible automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability platforms. The role also drives infrastructure reliability, security checks, AI-assisted monitoring, incident automation, performance optimization, and collaboration with development and QA teams. Requires strong hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, scripting, CI/CD, and monitoring.

Work alongside AI agents to review and validate automated actions, execute core operations within SLAs, resolve escalations, analyse processes for automation opportunities, maintain playbooks and compliance, and support billing reconciliation and knowledge management to optimise human-AI workflows.

Design, build, and operate production ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Pandas; author performant SQL for PostgreSQL and Trino; architect AWS data solutions (S3, Glue, Athena); implement Terraform-based IaC and automated CI/CD; embed security best practices; collaborate with product and analytics teams to deliver dimensional models, curated datasets, and Superset dashboards while working within Agile delivery.
