Manage customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through handoff to Customer Success. Responsibilities include controlling scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and communications; coordinating project teams; configuring EnergyCAP and customer databases; delivering online and occasional onsite training; and supporting expansion projects. The role requires customer-facing influence, enterprise software implementation experience, AI-enabled project execution, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Own the full new-logo SaaS sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, executive engagement, complex multi-stakeholder deal management, demos, ROI presentations, forecasting, and closing six-figure deals. Partner with BDRs, marketing, sales engineering, customer success, and leadership while using CRM, AI, and modern sales tools. Represent EnergyCAP at industry events and help organizations improve energy management and sustainability.
