Set strategic direction, manage budgets and contracts, forecast savings, ensure QA/QC, develop staff and delivery standards, build client relationships, support business development, and drive continuous improvement to meet program goals and regulatory compliance.

Design, write, and execute manual and automated tests across functional, integration, regression, performance, and security scopes. Build and maintain automation frameworks and CI/CD quality integrations, develop automated UI tests, monitor quality metrics, perform root cause analysis, mentor junior QA engineers, and drive adoption of improved testing tools and practices to reduce delivery risk and improve coverage.
