Lead brand marketing strategy and execute integrated campaigns to translate technical energy solutions into clear messaging. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans, oversee content and brand consistency, track and analyze campaign performance, and guide stakeholders on communications to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.

Manage and coach an L&D team to design, develop, and maintain multimodal training programs (onboarding to professional development). Oversee instructional design projects, collaborate with SMEs, ensure instructional soundness and accessibility, analyze LMS and learner data for improvements, and manage timelines, risks, and team performance to align learning with organizational goals.

Execute and own program operations tasks including rebate and incentive processing, application review, data validation, stakeholder communications, documentation for compliance, issue resolution, and support for outreach and reporting under Project Manager supervision.
