Leads compliance and ethics activities across regulatory, contractual, privacy, audit, security, and risk-management requirements. Conducts assessments, identifies control gaps, interprets obligations, supports privacy requests and incident response, prepares filings and audit documentation, maintains policies and controls, and coordinates insurance and contract compliance. Collaborates with legal counsel, business units, auditors, clients, and external stakeholders while supporting governance, due diligence, training, and reporting activities.

Leads planning, delivery, financial performance, and continuous improvement for major energy-efficiency programs. Establishes operating frameworks, quality standards, budgets, forecasts, and risk controls; manages contracts, clients, subcontractors, and delivery partners; develops staff and Project Managers; monitors KPIs and savings goals; supports proposals and business development; and drives strategic growth across a defined Midwest-focused solution area.

Administer program workflows, review and process applications, manage queues and records, coordinate stakeholders, resolve routine inquiries, support reporting and invoicing, and identify process improvements. The role requires accurate documentation, customer and vendor communication, adherence to SOPs and eligibility requirements, and escalation of complex issues. Employees may support outreach events and maintain data in program systems, databases, and CRM platforms.
