Leads major energy-efficiency programs across planning, delivery, budgeting, forecasting, contract management, quality assurance, client relationships, and business development. Establishes scalable operating standards, monitors KPIs and savings targets, manages risks and profitability, ensures regulatory and contractual compliance, and drives continuous improvement. Develops staff and Project Managers while partnering with senior leaders, Finance, clients, subcontractors, and delivery partners to improve program performance and expand energy-efficiency impact.

Leads strategy, delivery, performance, and growth for a Midwest portfolio of large-scale energy efficiency programs. Oversees budgets, revenue, compliance, risk, client relationships, software collaboration, workforce planning, and regional teams. Develops talent, drives innovation and continuous improvement, supports change management, cultivates new business, and represents the organization with clients, regulators, partners, and industry forums.
