Manage turnkey lighting retrofit projects from planning through closeout for national retail and commercial clients. Responsibilities include budgeting, purchasing, installation logistics, vendor and subcontractor coordination, customer communication, change orders, rebates, project financials, billing, invoicing, documentation, and issue resolution. The role manages multiple projects, supports project handoffs, monitors profitability and performance metrics, and may provide off-hours support and occasional onsite travel.

Manages lighting solution evaluations, project proposals, quotes, RFP support, utility incentives, pricing, timelines, and proposal deliverables. Coordinates with sales, sourcing, finance, operations, partners, and clients; leads multiple opportunities, resolves issues, supports client presentations, and hands awarded-project handoffs. Conducts site audits and determines project scope as needed. Requires lighting or electrical contracting knowledge, project management, estimating, customer service, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 30–50%.

Develops and grows enterprise national accounts through prospecting, solution selling, relationship management, strategic account planning, negotiations, and end-to-end CRM-based sales execution. The role targets large commercial and institutional clients, manages forecasts and quotas, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports profitable delivery of energy efficiency solutions. Travel up to 50% is required.
