Manage and grow Energy Exemplar’s customer portfolio across Africa by driving retention, renewals, product adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and customer value. Build senior stakeholder relationships, lead onboarding and reviews, coordinate issue resolution, promote training, gather product feedback, and support commercial documentation. The role requires strong knowledge of power markets, CRM proficiency, commercial judgment, and regular travel across African countries.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for India and global roles, including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, reference checks, offer management, contracting, and onboarding communication. Develop recruitment strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, advise stakeholders, support ATS usage, prepare reports, and contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives. Recruit for full-time, part-time, and contract positions in a high-volume technology environment.

Build and oversee energy market models using PLEXOS, analyze power-market fundamentals and datasets, support customer use cases, shape go-to-market strategies, and provide industry thought leadership. The role requires nodal and production-cost modeling expertise across multiple ISOs, customer engagement, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to independently solve complex energy-market problems.
