Leads workshop manufacturing, eHouse assembly, panel integration, field deployment, site installation, subcontractors, materials planning, procurement support, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Oversees a 23-person multidisciplinary workforce, manages schedules and resources, coordinates logistics and site integration, verifies engineering workpacks, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to approved standards.

Develops accurate L0, L1, and L2 cost estimates and commercial proposals for industrial eHouse and variable speed drive projects. Reviews RFIs, RFQs, tenders, drawings, and technical specifications; performs conceptual electrical and mechanical engineering; coordinates supplier quotations and commercial adjudication; collaborates with sales, engineering, procurement, project management, and design teams; and ensures estimates align with layouts, scope, logistics, installation, commissioning, and project cost-control requirements.

Lead technical delivery of heavy industrial projects covering MV/LV electrical systems, VFDs, PLC/SCADA automation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, optimisation, and client handover across North America. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient project completion and performance improvements.

Lead business development across heavy industry in Sub-Saharan Africa, identifying and securing opportunities for energy efficiency and electrification solutions (MV motors, VFDs/VSDs). Build client relationships, promote technical solutions, and support regional market expansion.

Lead technical delivery of heavy industrial projects across Europe, focusing on MV/LV electrical systems, VFDs, PLC/SCADA automation, energy optimisation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting and client handover while ensuring safety and engineering standards.
