Mentor junior staff and collaborate with Sales, Content, Operations and international teams.

Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) on-the-ground interviews with government and industry leaders, produce fast-turnaround, data-driven editorial coverage and news briefs focused on Venezuelan hydrocarbons, upstream investment, and gas monetization during Venezuela Energy Week 2026.

Develop and deliver commercially successful conference programmes by researching market trends, recruiting and managing speakers, coordinating stakeholders and sponsors, maintaining CRM records, and supporting event delivery and post-event analysis to drive attendance, engagement, and revenue.
