Recruits and manages senior speakers, moderators, and panelists; coordinates with sales, marketing, content, IT, and operations teams; maintains speaker records in HubSpot; supports event delivery; analyzes attendee and session performance; and generates sponsorship referrals and recommendations for future events.

Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns for conferences and exhibitions across the Americas. Manage CRM/CMS, marketing automation, digital channels, agencies, budgets, supplier contracts, stakeholder relationships, onsite event marketing, and campaign performance analysis. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with Sales, Content, Operations and international teams.

Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) on-the-ground interviews with government and industry leaders, produce fast-turnaround, data-driven editorial coverage and news briefs focused on Venezuelan hydrocarbons, upstream investment, and gas monetization during Venezuela Energy Week 2026.
