Coordinates domestic and international shipping, transportation requirements, export-compliance screening, shipping documentation, customer and service support, carrier pickups, quotations, and RMA paperwork. Maintains shipping systems, portals, procedures, and electronic records while partnering with manufacturing and sales to achieve on-time delivery, reduce costs, and prevent shipping errors.

Lead quality investigations, failure analysis, root-cause determination, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification for complex electromechanical products. Analyze manufacturing, supplier, customer, and performance data; apply 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, and statistical methods; support design reviews, validation, risk assessments, and new product introduction. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to improve quality, manufacturability, process capability, and customer satisfaction.

Drives manufacturing engineering for the EQ-10 EUV product line by improving manufacturability, documentation, assembly processes, yield, throughput, safety, and production costs. Supports new product transfers, builds, factory acceptance testing, troubleshooting, failure analysis, corrective actions, change control, equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and supplier transfers. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Service, Planning, Product Management, and Technical Sales, while creating work instructions and troubleshooting guides.

Serve as the technical authority for LDLS applications, supporting customer evaluations, application testing, technical content, training, sales engagements, and product roadmap recommendations. The role requires translating customer needs into technical solutions, leading benchmarking and feasibility studies, explaining complex concepts, and sharing application knowledge across engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and service teams.

Leads end-to-end MRP, demand planning, master scheduling, inventory optimization, and warehouse operations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Develops production schedules, balances capacity and material availability, monitors supply chain and warehouse KPIs, resolves shortages and bottlenecks, and supports product introductions. Manages and develops a four-person warehouse team while driving process improvements, inventory accuracy, material flow, customer delivery, and operational performance.

Develops next-generation EUV source technologies from concept through prototype, designing and operating experimental hardware and beamline systems. Plans experiments, performs plasma, optical, electrical, thermal, and gas diagnostics, analyzes data, and improves current EUV systems. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to validate models, refine designs, and advance concepts toward reliable, serviceable prototypes. The role is onsite in Wilmington, Massachusetts, with up to 10% domestic and international travel.
