Administers and optimizes Enerfab’s Procore platform across project and field teams. Responsibilities include configuration, governance, workflows, user support, training, reporting, analytics, process standardization, adoption, integrations, platform evaluations, and implementation of new functionality. The role connects technology and construction operations to improve project lifecycle efficiency, data quality, reporting, and user experience.

Manages office administration for industrial construction and maintenance projects, including payroll entry, customer billing, SAP project setup, purchase orders, vendor invoices, employee documentation, training records, union communications, workforce reporting, expense reports, and administrative support for project leadership. Coordinates with project managers, superintendents, safety, quality, customers, vendors, and employees to ensure accurate and timely project information.

Supports the Senior Project Manager on large-scale industrial construction projects by assisting with estimating, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality and safety compliance, risk mitigation, client communications, reporting, documentation, and contract administration. Coordinates cross-functional teams and monitors project performance to help ensure timely, compliant, and financially controlled project delivery.
