Manage the full capital equipment sales cycle, from prospecting and lead follow-up through post-installation customer success. Maintain customer relationships, develop manufacturers’ representatives, support trade shows and events, use Salesforce to track activities and meet metrics, and report market trends and customer needs. The role requires technical and consultative sales expertise, strong communication and organization, independent and collaborative work, and up to 50% travel across varying time zones.

Assembles and wires electrical panels, power supplies, cabinets, harnesses, and related equipment using bills of material, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. Responsibilities include marking wires, applying compounds, installing fittings, labeling cabinets, inspecting components and completed products, and ensuring proper electrical clearances and leak prevention. Requires electrical assembly experience, hand-tool proficiency, soldering skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
