Support client strategy teams by coordinating executive business reviews, monitoring client health, surfacing risks, driving issue resolution, and supporting onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and cross-functional client communications to improve retention and satisfaction.

Provide remote and occasional onsite IT support for SMB clients, troubleshoot systems, perform installations/configurations, collaborate with team members, manage multiple priorities, and respond to emergencies while delivering strong customer service.
